As a regional coordinator, you will have limited access to the administration area of the website. The administration area is found in the top-left of every page as a spanner icon. Clicking on this icon opens up the administration panel, which will show you two/three additional bits of content.
If an event has been submitted and needs moderation, a new menu will appear listing how many revisions (events) are pending moderation. Clicking on this menu button will allow you to see a list of all events that need publishing, and you can moderate them directly by using the last paragraph in this FAQ.
The 'Regional' menu found in this section displays pages available to regional coordinators. The Content Moderation section allows you to view all the events that have been submitted to the site, regardless of whether they are pending moderation or not. You can filter by archived (these have been unpublished from the site), current (these are published and OK) and pending (require moderation in order to be published).
You should filter to Pending and then click on the Yes underneath Moderation. Click on the Yes and not the title! You will then be presented with all the revisions of the event. Click on the date of a revision (usually the latest one) to moderate that event.
You will be presented with four options. View all revisions takes you back to the revisions list; View lets you view the event; Edit lets you edit the event; and Publish this lets you approve the event. You will be logged approving the event. Feel free to edit the event if need be.
