Okay so I made this thread then remembered Myra had made one like it already, not like it - exactly it. Lol.
Anyway, I've uploaded some things that can be put into sleeves along with a DVD that you may distribute.

Again, I made this material before I remembered there was similar stuff. Lol.
Oh well, having multiple options is good! Although I think the stuff I made would be better printed out using a pretty high-quality printer - to make it look Ok.
