Dear members and new users,
I am pleased to confirm that every last Thursday of the month will be the on-line team speak meeting for South West England. This is where all members and new users who want to participate with local South West England's chapters can meet on-line for discussions, socialising and communication.

The agenda will always contain an opportunity for users to bring up new topics or general chat. The agenda will be posted in the room description on TeamSpeak. This agenda will be set at the end of the last meeting in preparation for the next meeting. If you need something included on the agenda that isn't then PM (Personally Message) me through this forum (mod_john from BristolZM).
If this becomes more popular then this can be more regular or individual chapters in South West England can hold their own online meetings as well.

I guess, for any users that approach this forum via the "View Active Topics" route, there needs to be a reminder for tonight's meeting.
The Thursday 12th August 2010 South West England Online Meeting starts at 8pm.
I only downloaded Teamspeak yesterday and have not fully trialed it's operation .... and I loathe anything that resembles a chatroom ........
...... but, it seems, tonight's meeting takes place in "The South West England Channel", which is lower down the list. And, it seems, the password "tzm" is case-sensitive (so TZM doesn't work). Hope to "meet" you later.

We had a most informative and productive meeting on Teamspeak last night. I'm sure mod_john will be posting more information, but we need members to help:
1) Jacque and Roxanne will be available in Bristol for interviews with the media from sometime on Monday 16th August (maybe it's best to say from Tuesday 17th August) until just before the World Tour Event, which starts at 1pm on Saturday 21st August. Please contact [email protected] or [email protected] with your thoughts on radio/TV stations, newspapers/magazines we can contact, to give them this awesome opportunity of an interview. Due to a clash with the City Organisers' Meeting (also on the last Thursday of each month), Online South West England Meetings will take place on the last Tuesday of each month. Next meeting Tuesday 28th September at 8pm.
