Even God wants us to abolish money

Hope the title got your attention! But seriously...
I've just returned from a 3-week trip to Southern Ontario, Canada where I visited friends and family. I also connected with a lot of like-minded people from the Zeitgeist Movement there. I travelled over 2,000 km by car and since that worked out to about 20 hours in total, I had ordered some audio books for the drive. One of the books I listened to was Conversations with God - Book 2, an uncommon dialogue by Neale Donald Walsch.
I just wanted to share with you that this book was so in line with what the Venus Project and the Zeitgeist Movement is advocating, it was unreal! On disc 6, track 9, 'god' (who is read by Ellen Burstyn and Ed Asner) even says that we as a species should abolish money! At the very least they say we need to make the money trail transparent. They also talk about how we won't be able to change anything in this broken world of ours until there is a shift in the global consciousness - a collective will for peace, abundance, sharing, collaboration, etc. And this is why I am here on this website and others like it. I want to thank all of you who are also working towards this shift and encourage you all to keep getting others to think about becoming the change we want to see in the world so we can have that shift sooner than later.
I highly recommend the book - there is nothing in it that is in the least bit 'religious' but rather inspirational to become the best critical thinkers and human we can. In fact, if anything, its 'anti' religions!
